Icon home health, Inc. is a Home Health Care Agency in Houston that is licensed and certified by the Texas Department of Human Services. We have been certified by Medicare since 1997 and is also a member of the Texas Association of Home Care.
Icon home health has been a family owned business with experience in Home Health Care for almost 15+ years. We always strive to meet if not exceed the expectations of our patients and referring Physicians, as we continually refine our efforts to deliver excellent patient care in order to build upon our existing reputation as a provider of quality health care.
Our dedicated field staff have been carefully selected for their experience and capability in providing professional care. The staff at Icon home health, Inc. undergo full background and reference checks and are trained and licensed in their field. At Icon home health, Inc., we provide our staff continuing education and keep them up to date on any State regulation changes, Medicare policy and procedure change, as well as clinical and quality improvement updates.
